Anxiety and depression are arguably part of the human condition. In session, we will work together so you can experience relief and comfort. We will also explore where these symptoms might be coming from and what these symptoms might be trying to communicate.

identity & life transitions

If you are questioning who you are or are going through a change, identity and life transitions can be confusing, lonely, and distressing. In session, we will work together so you can experience the curiosity, excitement, and liberation that can come from these experiences, too.

relationships & dating

We do not exist within a vacuum. whether we are someone’s (ex-)significant others, sibling, child, parent, relative, etc., It can be incredibly beneficial to explore who we are to others and who others are to us. Therapy also offers us the chance to practice different patterns of relating.

body image & disordered eating

There are several reasons why we might develop struggles with poor body image or an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. In session, we will work to address more urgent symptoms by utilizing principles from Intuitive Eating before identifying how these struggles relate back to the bigger picture.
